Bake them in the oven for about 15 minutes or until they are slightly brown.

Slice the red radishes lengthwise because they will roast evenly
Use thick, bulgy radishes for this recipe. I always get a bunch of radishes at my local grocery store or farmers market because they are fresher.
Make sure the radishes are firm to touch and maybe even a little unripe
Use a grass-fed, high quality butter to make these buttered radishes. I make sure it's unsalted butter because you can control the salt content. I like to use very little salt to flavor any raw vegetables.
To get the best butter flavor use room temperature butter and use different herbs.
