Vegan Bread Pudding

Slice and stack the bread in a  casserole dish

Mix ingredients in a sauce pan and heat on low heat for a few minutes.  Let it cool after that.

Ginger Cookies

Add the crumbled ginger biscuits on top of the bread

Bake in the oven

Place the casserole dish in the oven and bake it!  Remove it and let it cool for a few minutes.

Make the Syrup

Bring the ingredients together in a bowl and whisk until creamy and blended.

Top the pudding with the syrup and fresh berries!

Serve Immediately!
