Notes
I used raw, unsalted hazelnuts with their skin still on. You can use peeled hazelnuts instead, but keep them raw and unsalted.
The one drawback about the nutramilk machine is that it is noisy. So, put it in a different room or in the porch while it's churning.
To make hazelnut milk add water to the hazelnut.
To make it keto, use keto approved sweeteners like monk fruit.
Store the butter in a glass jar and refrigerate it immediately. It will last longer
If you don't have a nutramilk machine, you can use a food processor to make this butter.
After using the machine, handle it carefully. It will be hot especially the metal blades and base
Do not use Flax seeds or leafy greens like spinach or collard greens in this machine.
It cleans easily with water and gentle scrubbing
Do not place the base of the machine near water.
