red onions
finely chopped

garlic
grated

brown button mushrooms
thinly sliced

Tbsp
nutritional yeast
optional

coconut flour

coconut milk
¼
cup
soy sauce
Instructions
Heat a stainless steel pan on medium heat
Add the oil after 30 seconds
Add the onions and garlic
Saute until soft then (about 4 minutes) add the mushrooms
Saute the mushrooms until its soft and slightly crispy (about 7 minutes)
Add the nutritional yeast and mix well
Remove the mushrooms but keep as much of oil as possible in the pan
If needed, add about 1/2 tsp of oil
Add the coconut flour and mix with the pan oil. Heat for 30 seconds
Add the soy sauce and mix well
Add the coconut milk and sauteed mushrooms
Mix well and turn off the heat. If it feels to thick, add no more than 2 Tbsp of water
Serve over mashed potatoes or any Thanksgiving meal
