Whisk well and add additional almond milk, if needed
Pour batter into your waffle maker and close lid
When done, remove from the machine and set aside, covered
To Grill the toppings
While the waffles are making, preheat the grill (or stove top grill)
Spray with cooking oil before adding the peppers and onions
On the other side of the grill, spray with cooking oil
Add the chick'n tenders. See notes
Grill both sides of the Chick'n Tenders for about 6 minutes each or until crispy
Remove all the ingredients from the grill and set aside
Grill the waffles on both sides for about one minute
Lay the waffles flat and layer with the chick'n tenders
Top with the peppers and onions mixture
Drizzle the maple syrup sauce
Close with the second waffle
Repeat for the remaining waffles
Serve Immediately
Notes
