Instructions
Add 3 cups of water to a strong bottom pan
Bring it to a boil
Add 1 cup of dry amaranth seeds
Give it a quick stir
Close the lid and let it cook on low heat
Simmer until the water has been absorbed (about 20 minutes)
Remove from heat and use in recipe
