Instructions
Soak cashews and cranberries in warm water for 15 minutes
Remove seeds from papaya and cut into rough cubes
In a blender, add sugar and papaya
Drain the soaked cranberries and cashews before adding to the blender
Blend on very low speed for about 2 minutes
Finally, blend on high speed for 2 minutes or until it is smooth. By smooth, I mean smooooooooth.
Transfer to mini trifle cups and chill for about 15 minutes
Top with Almond slices and lime zest
