  • 2 Chamomile Tea Bags
  • 1/2 Cup Scotch Whiskey
  • 1 Star Anise
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick Small sized
  • 4 Cloves
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 3 tsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • Water to brew the tea


  • In a microwave safe mug, add distilled water. Fill about 3/4 of the way
  • Microwave for 1min and 30 seconds. Alternatively, you can boil the water in a kettle.
  • In a mug, add the water and steep the tea bags
  • Add the remaining ingredients to the same mug and stir well
  • Let it steep for 5 minutes
  • Discard the tea bags
  • Strain the hot toddy and serve immediately
