(or to taste) for the stir fry
Instructions
Cook the bow tie (farfalle) pasta
In a medium stir fry pan, add the oil and heat on medium heat
Add the cumin seeds and if using Thai Chilies, add them too
Add the grated garlic and allow to brown slightly
Add in the vegetables (except green onions) and salt.
Cook on medium heat
Cook the vegetables until they are tender
Add the Soy Sauce and Sriracha Sauce
Cook for two more minutes and the remove from heat.
Mix the pasta with the stir fry and top with the green onions.
Serve immediately.
