soubise sauce
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Use broil settings
In a mixing bowl, add the vegetables, olive oil and spices. Mix well
In an oven-safe pan, arrange the vegetables in alternating colors.
Place the vegetables in the oven and allow to broil for about 25 minutes
Remove the vegetables from the oven
On a plate, arrange the Ratatouille Stack by using a pair of tongs
Top with with Soubise Sauce. Here is my take on the Soubise Sauce
Serve this Ratatouille Stack slightly warm. Makes for a great side dish too.
