Vegan 100% Cacao Unsweetened Baking Chocolate

Instructions
Take a heavy bottom pan and add the almond milk to it
Heat on medium heat for about 3 minutes
Add the chocolate squares
Mix well and when the chocolate starts to melt, add the remaining ingredients
For the Vanilla bean pod, scrape the inside of the pod first and add it to the almond milk
Then, add the pod itself to the milk
Heat for about 10 minutes on very low heat
When all the ingredients have mixed well, transfer to serving glass
Add garnish, if using
Serve Immediately
