Dark Chocolate
Shaved or Cubed (optional)
Instructions
In a pressure cooker, add the rice and water
Close the lid and set the valve to "sealed"
Choose the Soup option because brown rice needs more time to cook then regular rice.
Turn off the pressure cooker and set the valve to release
Open up the lid and add the coconut milk, coconut cream, nutmeg and cinnamon
Stir well and Close the lid
Keep it warm until ready to serve
Top with Mangoes or Dark Chocolate and Serve
Notes
Brown rice requires about 22 minutes to cook in a pressure cooker. I like the sticky consistency for this Brown Rice Pudding
