Instructions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees
Take the tortillas and brush them with Sage oil or oil of your choice.
Cut the tortillas, pizza style.
Place in oven for about 15 minutes or until brown and crispy
Remove and allow to cool. Also, turn the heat to 350 degrees.
Spread a generous amount of Hummus on each chip
Sprinkle the cheddar and / or vegan cheese on top of the hummus
Sprinkle the onions on the nachos
Add the olives at this point
If you are using chick peas, add them now
Add the cherry tomatoes, jalapenos and Stacy Pita chips
Place the nachos in the oven for about 15 minutes
Add the Feta cheese after the nachos have been in the oven for 10 minutes
Remove the nachos and top with capers
Allow the Greek Nachos to cool for a few minutes before serving
