How to Cook Corn on the Cob in the Pressure Cooker
De-husk and remove all the silk from the corn
Place the corn in the steamer basket
Drizzle the corn with the cilantro sauce
Place a stand at the bottom of the pressure cooker
Pour 2 cups of water to the bottom of the pressure cooker container
Place the steamer basket on top of the stand
Close the lid and set pressure valve to sealed
Cook on high for 10-13 minutes (For instant pot, choose "rice" option)
When done, release the pressure valve
Wait for 5 minutes before opening the pressure cooker
Serve the corn on the cob immediately
