I prefer cooking this vegan sausage and cauliflower rice in a (Affiliate Link) 12" wok because it cooks faster and more evenly. You can use other pans which will vary your cooking times.
To make your life easier, get the store-bought cauliflower rice from the produce section of your grocery store.
The cauliflower rice cooks in less than 10 minutes, so, make sure you stand by the stove while it's cooking. Otherwise, you will have a charred mess on your hands. I talk from experience! My phone distracted me causing me to burn my first batch of this recipe.
Tajin has a very tangy and salty flavor, with a little bit of spice. If you haven't tasted it before, make sure you adjust it to your taste.
