Or green olives of your choice

kalamata olives, pitted

julienne, dry (Eliminate if on keto)

dried oregano

fresh, jullienne

Instructions
Add all the ingredients in a glass bowl
Mix well
Optionally, you can let it marinate for 10 minutes before topping it on a dip
Refrigerate remaining olive salad and re-use within 2 weeks.
