corn on the cob
Dehusked

brussels sprouts
cut each sprout into 4 pieces

red bell pepper
finely diced

olive oil

vegan butter
optional, melted
Instructions
Grill the corn on the grill
Add olive oil to a heated pan
Add the Brussels sprouts and bell pepper to the oil
Add salt, oregano and freshly ground black pepper
Roast them for about 7 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts are slightly charred
Baste the corn with the melted butter
Top with the Brussels sprouts and pepper salad.
