Ingredients

For The Hot Chocolate

For Garnish (Optional)

Instructions

  • Take a heavy bottom pan and add the almond milk to it
  • Heat on medium heat for about 3 minutes
  • Add the chocolate squares
  • Mix well and when the chocolate starts to melt, add the remaining ingredients
  • For the Vanilla bean pod, scrape the inside of the pod first and add it to the almond milk
  • Then, add the pod itself to the milk
  • Heat for about 10 minutes on very low heat
  • When all the ingredients have mixed well, transfer to serving glass
  • Add garnish, if using
  • Serve Immediately
