  • Cook the fettuccine pasta and set it aside
  • Heat a wok for 30 seconds and then, add extra virgin olive oil
  • Add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute.  Don't let them brown
  • Add bell peppers and saute for about 8 min or until they start to crinkle
  • Mix in the cooked fettuccine to the peppers
  • Add the pasta sauce and mix well
  • Serve immediately
