Instructions
Make the
Pina Colada Guacamole
To Prepare the toast
Toast the slices of bread in the toaster (well done)
Let it cool to touch then rub garlic over the toast
Butter the toast on one side of each toast
Spread a generous layer of the guacamole on the buttered side
Arrange the tomatoes and avocados alternately on top of the guacamole
Top with the pepper, oregano, cashews and capers
Serve Immediately
