Food is made great by pairing the right ingredients. Knowing the right ingredients is always a challenge and the fun part of cooking.
Over the last few years, I have shared my favorite recipes with my favorite ingredients. In the process, I have come to learn so much about specific ingredients. The information I have found have fascinated me, improved me and my cooking, informed me about its rich history and even made me want to grow them myself.
The posts in this category are going to be about a very specific ingredient. I am going to put in all the information I know about it, all the information I have discovered in my research and all the places you can get it. You are going to benefit from all my experience.
I do painstaking research and be as meticulous and thorough as I can when I post these research posts. Each post has citations and proper credit. So, you can feel good knowing that the information is correct.
