What's a good Mediterranean dish? One that has lots of fresh veggies and it's made with simple spices. Mediterranean recipes is one of my favorite cuisine.
I love seeing a giant plate filled with all kinds of grilled veggies like bell peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, eggplant, carrots, asparagus and so much more. That is a sight worth drooling over.
Mediterranean diet puts a lot of emphasis on healthy fats, fresh ingredients, good cheeses, legumes, lentils and lots of home cooking. I have tried to incorporate those rituals into my Mediterranean recipes. There is very little processed ingredients, if any, in these recipes.
